This is a Revere Ware, copper-clad, 8" Covered French Chef Skillet . Refurbished by The Shine Shop. It features all of the same quality of the fully restored items, except for the final high gloss polishing. The bakelite handle and knob have been polished and firmly attached. Some discoloring due to poor cleaning in its past. It was made between 1949 and 1968 and has the "Process Patent" marks characteristic of all True Vintage Revere Ware. Moderate pitting and some scratches inside. This pan DOES sit flat, and has good weight as the older Revere does. The lid has a fair amount of TINY dings, as though it was used for drum practice.
This is another piece of vintage Revere Copper Clad
from
The Shine Shop
Which Means:
***All the pieces are true "Vintage" Revere Ware (made with the full thickness of
copper cladding - which they stopped using in 1965) giving you the durability
and even cooking qualities missing in the newer Revere products.
***Each piece has been sanitized, ultrasonic cleaned, and then reconditioned.
Please note:
This item, despite being professionally reconditioned, is used - and may show signs of prior wear (small dings, pits, wear to the hallmark, etc.) which no amount of non-destructive reconditioning can remove or restore.
**PLEASE NOTE** This item can be shipped via USPS Priority Flat-Rate.
